Synopsis:
"Kate Sanders has suffered many years of physical and mental abuse at the hands of her abusive husband Alan, and convinces herself that she is only holding the family together for the sake of her eight-year-old daughter. If it wasn't for her best friend Jill Reynolds, she would have taken the suicide option a long time ago.

Suzanne approached me on Instagram and offered me a copy of her book in exchange for an honest review. Thank you Suzanne because WOW! - I really enjoyed this book. I gave it 4/5 Stars.
Full disclosure: It is a thriller with quite distressing and triggering scenes in terms of abuse, language and rape. However, I do believe this was handled in the right way for the need of the story. I also think it is importance to raise awareness of these issues.
The book was jam packed full of juicy twists and turns, right up until the last page. Some that I saw coming and some that I certainly did not. I don’t want to say too much about them, because I don’t want to spoil for others.
Seriously though, if you are after a thriller where you can’t guess the ending, this is the one.
I would recommend this book!
